These terms apply to design enquiries and services provided by Rocky Design.

Scope

Each package includes only the deliverables listed on the Pricing or Service page. Additional concepts, revisions, applications or urgent delivery may require a separate quote.

Revisions

Revisions are counted against the allowance of the selected package. A revision means refinement of an existing direction; a completely new direction may be treated as a new concept.

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for supplying accurate business information, spelling, names, contact details and any required reference material.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times begin after the project brief and required information are confirmed. Delays in feedback can extend the timeline.

Payment

Payment terms, deposit requirements and final delivery conditions should be confirmed through WhatsApp before work begins.

Usage

Final approved artwork may be used by the client for its business according to the agreed project scope. Unapproved drafts remain part of the studio's working process.
